If your household earns less than $107,040 per year, you may qualify for one of our affordable apartments in Austin.

Who qualifies:

• Individuals and families earning below 80 percent of Austin’s median family income
• Applicants who meet the three times the monthly rent income requirement

Example:

If rent is $2,500 per month, you will need to show $7,500 per month in income, and your total yearly household income must be under $107,040.
